I would like to thank Robert of PC Help and Care for such wonderful technical support with my ailing laptop. After Windows would not load on my laptop, he did a repair installation and provided a number of other fixes, such as adding more RAM and cleaning out the laptop to prevent overheating. During the entire process, he was always available by phone or email to answer my follow up questions and provide additional advice. As we decided which steps to take to repair the laptop, he was very fair and neutral in his advice, not pushing any repairs on me.

Rob helped me finish a PC repair/rebuild that had been causing me problems for a few months.
