It just bugs me lol. I miss having stay at home mommies make the beds after every one ran off to school/work. @meganmaria said: Me too. I like to play different sims and a stay at home mom and a neat roommate who cleans everyone's rooms are definitely some of my favorites.

Making Irl Sims 4

I'm not sure why either, because I don't make my bed irl lol. But little things like that gave us options with our sims. I think the little details and stories we tack on in our heads make the sims that much more interesting. Removing that option makes those stories like a stay at home mom who cleans up after her family or a slob sim who hates cleaning less interesting. Everyone is soo lucky i have such dirty homes! Everything is always breaking and it seems just when three things break is the exact same time everything gets dirty. But i dont miss the actual making the bed command its nice for me to have one thing i dont have to click my sims to do.

But i understand missing a small feature like i sooo miss having my sims read on the bed. I loved having them when their energy was running low to start reading something on the bed and easily switch to sleep. I do hope this gets added but im thinking since they now use the bed like chair it may not. That's a great point!

I wish sims could fall asleep while reading, that happens to me all the time! I really miss the bed making command.I used to have a mum in TS3 who would go around the house doing all the tidying once the kids had gone off to school and hubby had gone to work.

I've even searched for a mod to see if someone has replaced this missing part in TS4 but no.I hate how my lazy and slob sims spring up out of bed and make it before slouching off.and I miss the mum having to make the kids beds. I thought about how it could be a discipline feature for the parenting skill.I just miss it.
